alex + kathy = ali {lancaster, ca}

well, i have been in california for about a month now and we have really been enjoying our "working vacation." in fact, dathan & i continue to get more work and so we keep extending our stay here (which is totally ok with me!). last weekend i had the honor of shooting not one, but two childhood friends of mine, who are now married & mommies like me :) so fun!

this is the first of the two shoots- my friend kathy, her husband alex, and their adorable daughter ali! i am so happy with these photographs- the shoot was so joyful, fun, & sweet... which is a direct representation of their family. i am so excited for what God is doing in & through this family- they are working on the adoption process through los angeles county! so exciting! anyways, here is sweet ali...

another favorite! whenever they hold her hands like this she immediately pulls her legs up and wants them to carry her- so sweet!

alex & kathy- i know God is using you to do wonderful things & change lives. whoever God chooses to be your son or daughter through adoption is a blessed child indeed! i cannot wait to see how your family grows & changes through all of this :)
