The "H" Family {Antelope Valley, Ca Family Photographer}

Almost 3 years ago I met this family when I did a little family/newborn session in their home when Maddie was 3 months old.  It was so much fun to meet up with them again and capture their {growing} family together!  Laura is due with baby girl #2 in January.  In fact, we had the same exact due date until her doctor moved her due date up a week (lucky!).  The day we did this session was also Maddie's 3rd birthday, so we had her do a quick wardrobe change and took a few photos to capture her for her birthday.  It was cold (we said if the pregnant ladies are cold then you know it really is cold LOL) but we had a great time!

Well, most of you probably saw Colette's 1st birthday photos in my last post.  After we were done with her little session, Colette's family joined us for a family session, and we had such a great time.  The two daughters are really just dolls, kept me laughing, and were SO well mannered.  Mom and dad were kind and easy going.  Families like this one are why I love my job so much- my heart is just so full when I get to meet new people and see their love and bond as a family.  There are so many beautiful people in the world, and I am blessed to be able to photograph them!

(I think Ella was sad she didn't have a full session like her little sister, so I pulled her aside while mom & dad changed Colette's outfit and we took these adorable shots).

Colette Turns 1! {Antelope Valley , Ca Childrens Photographer}

Colette is a sweet and spunky little one year old who is just a little doll.  She was so well behaved and such a good sport during all of her wardrobe changes (we did a full family session after she did her full birthday session).  Her parents were both very kind, so you really can't blame her for being the way she is ;)

The "D" Family {Antelope Valley, Ca Family Photographer}

A little over a year ago I photographed this adorable family right after their sweet baby Kaelynn joined them.  Now she is over a year old, and a little bundle of cuddles and sweetness that is just the perfect addition to this loving family.  You would never guess that sweet little miss ended up being sick either later that evening or the next morning, she was so well behaved the whole session.  We really enjoyed going on "an adventure" to find out where we could take our pictures ;)

The "H" Family & Generations {Palmdale, Ca Family Photographer}

There is something so special about being able to photograph generations of a family together.  The history, love, and foundation that is behind the matriarchs of a family is undeniable and fascinating to me.  I was thrilled when this adorable family contacted me to not only do photos of Grandma & Grandpa with their grandchildren, but also to throw in the Great-Grandparents as well.  Another thing that was sentimental was that we were able to honor two special granddaughters who could not be here for the session.  The pink teddy bear is a memory bear for precious Kenadie who left us about a year and a half ago, and the frame is holding an ultrasound picture of sweet Ellary who will be joining her parents in January.  SO special!!

The "W" Family {Lancaster, Ca Family Photographer}

What a treat it was to do this session!  About a year and a half ago I headed over to my cousin's house to photograph his daughter's first birthday party, and now I was blessed to do a family session and capture them all together!  Although I do family sessions all the time, it is rare that I do them for MY family, because they all live at least an hour away.  Josh has always been one of my favorite cousins (shhhhhh don't tell the others!) and I just love his sweet wife Dana and adorable daughter Eden.  They are a blessing and SO much fun.  Enjoy!
